We typically schedule 1.5 hours for every 1 hour of content to ensure adequate time for setup, recording, and post-production. However, actual recording time may vary depending on the complexity of the recording and the number of speakers.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. However, please note that additional charges may apply if you need us to integrate your equipment into our recording setup.

 

Yes, we offer podcast editing services to ensure your audio sounds its best. Our editing services include removing background noise, balancing audio levels, and removing unwanted audio. 

Our standard package includes one camera, but we offer additional cameras for an extra charge. We can also use your equipment if you prefer.

Yes, you can book a recording session for multiple episodes at once. This is a great way to save time and ensure a consistent quality across your episodes.

We typically deliver fully edited podcast episodes within 24 to 72 hours after the recording session. However, if you need your episode sooner, we can accommodate rush orders for an additional charge.

Yes, we can accommodate up to three speakers in total, including the host. This allows for a lively discussion while still maintaining audio clarity and quality.

Our social media clips package includes Instagram Reels and TikTok-formatted content clipped out of your full-length content. These short-form clips are designed to help promote your long-form content on social media.

Yes, we offer additional marketing services to help promote your podcast. Our marketing services include social media promotion, podcast advertising, and influencer outreach. Please contact us for more information.

We require a deposit to book your recording session, and the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled recording time.

While we typically limit the content length to one hour, we can record longer episodes if needed. However, additional charges may apply depending on the length of the recording.

 

Yes, we offer recording sessions outside of normal business hours based on employee availability. Please contact us to schedule a recording session outside of normal business hours.

 

We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. We will send you an invoice with payment instructions after you book your recording session.

We offer distribution advice and support to help you get your podcast out into the world. We can provide guidance on submitting your podcast to podcast directories, setting up a website, and promoting your podcast on social media. Additional support and services may be available for an additional charge.
